Company Brain Framework

Built for: Insurance/AI start-up | Built in: 2026 | Stack: git, chat-canvas API

One source of truth for what a GTM team knows, living in the two places the team actually looks: a git knowledge base and their chat canvases. I ran the sync that kept both telling the same story through a product launch, and built its safety system one production incident at a time: every way the canvas API destroys data became a numbered rule that the automation checks before every write.

A git knowledge base and the team's chat canvases sit as two surfaces of one truth, reconciled by a sync. Before every write, the sync checks a failure-mode register built from real production incidents; conflicts never auto-resolve, they stop and route to a human. Each new incident becomes a new register row, so the system gets safer the longer it runs.
