Content Factory

A governed platform for producing on-brand, compliant collateral: no blank prompts, AI assembles inside approved constraints. The build itself is the story. I ran a fleet of AI coding agents through a single runbook document (contracts, scope fences, proof-of-done), and went from PRD to live staging in six days. The runbook was the manager. The agents were the team.

The operator writes contract-sized slices into one runbook document. Fresh AI coding agents pick up the next contract, execute inside its scope fence, and append proof of what shipped back to the runbook. The slices assemble the platform, which deploys to live staging; the runbook stays the single source of state throughout.
