The Junk Trunk

Built for: The Junk Trunk (Denver) | Built in: March-June, 2026 | Stack: Next.js, Leaflet, county GIS

A full rebuild for a Denver waste and site services company: new brand, new site, and a map tool customers use to lay out their actual job site. Type an address, get your real parcel boundary from county GIS, draw the fence, drop the dumpster where it goes, and the quote arrives with the layout attached.

A customer types their address; county GIS returns the real parcel boundary, and the customer lays out the job on the map: fence lines, dumpster placement. The quote wizard turns the layout into two emails, one to dispatch and one confirming to the customer. There is no database; the dispatch inbox is the datastore, a deliberate fit for a small operator.
